Health departments across the country are requiring food service vendors to have pressurized, hot, running water for ware washing and handwashing. In order to comply with the requirements, you must have installed plumbling available. Having that plumbing available for your use is not always possible when serving food at a remote site or when your facilities are located in an older building. Costs for having plumbling installed can be astronomical! The CSI portable, self-contained sink is equipped with a hot water heater and pump and can be plugged into a standard 110V outlet allowing it to be used almost anywhere.
