Health Department Requirements
We understand that concerns about proper food handling have become a national issue and health departments everywhere are enforcing rules to ensure that the public is protected. Temporary food vendors and kiosks can be even more difficult to monitor as they are working in a portable booth where sanitary conditions may be sub-par. If your goal is to require that vendors and caterers serving food in a mobile unit comply with health department requirements governing proper food handling, including having a three-bay sink for ware washing, we have the solution!

The Cartable Solutions Products
CSI has portable, self-contained sinks that can fulfill the requirements of your health department by supplying clean, running hot water. Each unit contains enclosed GFCI plugs, individual hot water heaters, pumps and tanks for both fresh water and waste water. All components of our units are NSF certified parts and our sinks require only the standard 110V electrical outlet so they can be used just about anywhere, by anyone! We can fabricate sinks that will fill any of your requirements, from single basin hand wash sinks, to four basin sinks that can house the three washing sinks along with a separate hand washing sink.
